Plan View
This command has two behaviors:
If the current orientation is Elevation View, it modifies the coordinate system so that Z-axis becomes the vertical axis.
If the current orientation is Plan View, it toggles the X-axis and Y-axis.
No selection is required to launch the command.
The unnamed UCS may be deleted after the edition if it becomes the WCS. See Create UCS for additional information.
