Measure Deviation
This command creates new labels on object with intensities or deviations. Such labels are generally used after inspection to prepare an inspection report.
To create a new label, launch the command and click in the 3D scene on an object.
- Set both tolerances (Tol+/Tol-). - These parameters are only suitable for compared object when both objects (colored measured + reference - or colored reference + measured) are still in the current project with their initial names. - Note also the label size must be long to read all details. You can set this parameters thanks to Label settings.
- Choose the ID Number of the next label.
- Optionally, write a Comment for the next label.
- Optionally, Include the current CS name (the data are given in this UCS).
- Click onto the object to add the label.
- Continue clicking to add another ones. Press DEL to undo the last label.
Information about labels
The number of "+" or "-" sign depends on position of measurement inside the tolerance:
| | The distance between reference and measurement is |
| ++++! | out of the high tolerance. |
| ++++ | between 75 and 100% of the high tolerance. |
| +++ | between 50 and 75% of the high tolerance. |
| ++ | between 25 and 50% of the high tolerance. |
| + | between 0 and 25% of the high tolerance. |
|
 | The distance is very close to 0. |
| - | between 0 and 25% of the low tolerance. |
| -- | 25 and 50% of the low tolerance. |
| --- | 50 and 75% of the low tolerance. |
| ---- | 75 and 100% of the low tolerance. |
| ----! | out of the low tolerance. |
