Classification Settings

You can customize the classes: it is possible to rename them, to set their color and to use them as favorite. Then you can assign a class to each category used by auto classification algorithm (refer to Auto Classification).

• This configuration will never be part of exported clouds. In other words, only the value will describe the assigned class.

• Favorite classes will appears at the top of Add in class list in Manual Classification.

• The maximum amount of classes is 256.

• Names are predefined so as to comply with LAS/LAZ format.

• To use several configurations on the same computer, or to share them, simply use Import and Export buttons. To use the latest classification models, you may have to Restore the configuration to the official one.

You can define and open the classification folder: this folder contains libraries, models and advanced settings used by the auto classification algorithm (refer to Auto Classification). New libraries and models will be downloaded there automatically.
