This command translates selected objects with a vector. During this operation, the objects can be copied once or more.

Select the object(s) to be translated and launch the command.

  1. Enter a direction for the translation.

  2. Set the length for the translation.

  3. Optionally, enter the Number of copies. N copies means that original object is kept and N translations are done with a copy at each time.

  4. Optionally, you can Preview to see if the result is correct.

  5. Validate the command with OK, or close the dialog box with Cancel.

Note

The translation vector is stored from the previous translation command. Then, if it is still valid, you can directly validate the command.
