This command creates new triangles.

  1. Launch the command.

  2. Select the method needed to create points in the 3D scene. If you need more information, refer to Define points.

  3. Click points to create triangles.

  4. If you want to delete the last point, press the Del or BackSpace key.

  5. If you want to exit the command without accepting triangles, use the Esc key.

  6. Note that the triangles are automatically accepted when you click the third point.

  7. Once you have finished drawing triangles, press Enter to exit the command.

Note

When you validate, the software tries to generate one or multiple meshes by linking triangles together. If the software finds a common edge between triangles a single mesh is created with these triangles. If no link is detected, meshes containing one single triangle are created.
