BIM Inspect Parameters

This command performs the inspection between the BIM model and the scanned data. The color map is applied on the BIM object selected in the previous step (BIM Inspect Select Objects). The points used for the analysis are either the original scan or the cleaned scan ("CleanedCloud") depending on if the step BIM Inspect Clean has been done.

1. Choose among which direction the inspection will be done.

2. Check Exclude points and define a threshold to filter out points which are too far from the inspected part. This setting is necessary to improve computation time.

3. Click Inspect BIM button. The colored BIM object is displayed.

4. Then click Next to validate and continue (BIM Inspect Colormap ).
